Admission
1. Students who intend to enroll Raises Academy are encouraged to register and reserve before the enrollment period. Registration period usually starts by the month of January. A minimal amount of ₱500.00 for old and new students is collected as registration fee. The said Amount is a partial part of the tuition fee. Reservation / Registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

D. Photocopy of Birth Certificate
E. Certification of Good Moral (No disciplinary records)
F. Form 137 (Permanent Record) from the previous school
